IOMED joins the Sociedad Española de Informática en Salud (SEIS) as an Associated Entity
SEIS (Spanish Society for Health Informatics), whose objective is to promote digital innovation in health, is a benchmark in the health field.
At IOMED we believe in the importance of being connected with those societies and institutions that have a relevant role within society and the health field promoting the use of new technologies, with the aim of improving the quality of service and care offered by health care providers.
Following this line, IOMED has decided to join as an Associated Entity the Sociedad Española de Informática en Salud (SEIS), one of the leading societies when it comes to promoting the use of new technologies in the hospital environment. Since 1977, the Sociedad Española de Informática en Salud (SEIS) has been working for ICT innovation in health, connecting entities and companies that develop innovative solutions with hospitals and researchers to improve Spanish health system. The Sociedad Española de Informática en Salud (SEIS) has long history organizing conferences and forums where all those professionals, researchers, institutions, and companies coincide with the aim of creating synergies between them.
IOMED has created a digital solution that allows the clinical information stored in the hospital to be structured in order to provide hospital professionals and researchers with access to all the data to accelerate clinical research and improve patient care. By joining the Sociedad Española de Informática en Salud (SEIS), we see a great opportunity to bring hospital centers and scientific societies closer to this key digital innovation to continue improving the Spanish health system.
