IOMED presents the article ContextMEL: Classifying Contextual Modifiers in Clinical Text at SEPNL.
The paper has been prepared by Paula Chocrón, together with Álvaro Abella and Gabriel de Maeztu, NLP developers at IOMED.
Next Wednesday, September 23rd, Paula Chocrón, from the IOMED Data Science team, will present the paper “ContextMEL: Classifying Contextual Modifiers in Clinical Text” at the Spanish Society for Natural Language Processing (SEPNL). It explains the techniques that the team has been developing to detect different characteristics of variables using Deep Learning technologies. These methods allow IOMED to improve and adapt its Natural Language Processing system to different variables. The presentation will take place virtually and will close with a round of questions.
